DIRECTIONS
Wear Heel-So-Smooth sleeves at least 3 times per week whie you sleep or rest. Pull on gently and make sure Moisture Zone covers heel area. Store in a cool place when not in use. The moisturizing properties of Visco-GEL may last up to three months with normal use.

CARE
Hand wash in warm soapy water. Rinse thorooughly. Press flat in a towel and air dry completely before reuse. Spinkle with talcum powder if gel becomes tacky.
