DIRECTIONS
Can be worn directly against skin or over socks. Place gel pad against the bottom of foot and position comfortably in the ball-of-foot area. Pull straps up and over the top of foot. Secure with fasteners. Check for comfortable fit. Trim excess strap length, if desired.

CARE
Hand wash, rinse thoroughly. Press flat in towel to remove excess moisture. Air dry completely before reuse.
